Returns Policy

Natural wood products are supplied to the agreed grade and specification. We ask that you inspect deliveries on arrival and note any discrepancy on the delivery document.

Claims for grade, dimension or damage must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographs and the packing list reference. Verified claims are resolved by replacement, credit or refund at our discretion.

Custom-cut, spliced and bespoke items are produced to order and are not returnable unless they fail to meet the approved specification.
